The Mcintyre company has the best and well Maintained business and condos in town. Not to mention this company give very generous donations for local children in need and city events. Definitely a very asset for the community.

I’ve lived in several apartments over the years, but this one is by far the best! From the moment I moved in, I felt right at home. The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and taken care of. “The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality GE appliances, making cooking a joy. The high ceilings add a wonderful sense of openness. As we prepare to move to Covina, this apartment has played a significant role in our decision-making process.” I want to give a special thanks to Linda and Krystal. Your support and attention have made our time here truly enjoyable. Thanks again!

I was living at their newly built the “M” apartment couple blocks away from their office for 2 years. This is the BEST apartment I’ve ever lived. I moved out from Orange County and was worried about living in Covina in the beginning. During our tour, we are surprised to find that they spent a lot of money on the furnitures and appliances and upgrades on bathroom. We are very happy about the apartment so we extended the lease for another year and we would continue to do so if no force majeure factors. Linda and Crystal are very friendly, responsive and accommodating. They always put us in the first place, and the neighbors are super friendly too. Thank you McIntyre for making us a beautiful home in Covina.

Friendly & great service!!!

In driving around our community recently we realized that McIntyre properties have an excellent appearance and character that is an asset. We are thankful that the owners are long term investors in their facilities. The kind of business that are attracted to these locations have also become stable parts of our local resource.
