Both Larry and Aaron are great accountants! Extremely patient and kind, knowledgeable, helpful, etc. I understand that communication may have been a challenge at one point, but the team has expanded, thankfully.

Stay Away!! This firm is a joke!! I recently had an unfortunate experience with Struhl and Burns Accountancy firm. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email and phone messages from my accountant and I we received no response. Communication is a critical aspect of any professional service, and the lack of responsiveness was disappointing. As a result, I had to seek assistance from the board of accountancy to get a response which is pathetic! This problem with a lack of response not only occurred once but yet again the following year! I am now having to get the Board of Accountancy involved again. Hopefully this firm can improve their communication practices in the future to better serve their clients. I do NOT recommend using this firm because you’ll be very disappointed and waiting for hell to freeze over before you get any kind of response besides the secretary constantly telling you he is not available.
