I'm a long-term customer and whenever I call I can talk to a human. These people know what they're doing and the price is competitive.

Such a painless experience! I hate dealing with corporate guys, would much rather deal with a local business. I love calling and always getting the same person not redirected to some random offshore entitiy. Bonnie was honest and didn't try to sell me snake oil. 🐍

The employees at netwood communications are knowledgeable, friendly, & helpful. Bonnie was extremely helpful in helping me find a package that met the needs of both my budget & my tech needs. As someone who isn't tech savvy, I appreciated the patience & step by step instructions they provided me while hooking up my internet. I've had no issues with my connection since switching to netwood & my internet is running significantly faster.

If you're looking for a company that really cares about your needs, I highly recommend Netwood Communications! After trying other providers, I finally discovered a company that offers awesome quality service! It's a great local business that has a personal touch, and shows that it's customers really matter.
