Ashley and Rafa did an outstanding job cleaning our house. They were professional, thorough, and paid attention to every detail. The house looks spotless, and they even removed a stain that I honestly didn’t think could come out. I was so impressed with the results! Trust Elite Cleaning Solutions did an outstanding job cleaning our home. One of the biggest challenges was the amount of pet hair left behind by the previous owner, and they completely transformed the space. Their attention to detail was impressive, and the home looked and felt much cleaner when they were finished. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They kept me updated, responded promptly, and were professional from start to finish. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Trust Elite Cleaning Solutions to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough cleaning company. 5 stars!

I'm starting this review by saying, Trust Elite made sure we were satisfied in the end, but I am surprised i'm one of very few negative reviews. We paid for a deep clean of our new home. The first woman who was sent didn't do standard items such as vacuuming and wiping mirrors... Skipped our laundry room and master closet entirely. She also said she scrubbed our shower with only water. Just bizarre. Even after the walk through and asking her to do certain things before she left, I came to find out these things were not done. I expressed these concerns with Trust Elite and they wanted to send the same person back to finish the job. That just creates an awkward situation for the customer. They ended up sending another person and she was good. Just to "finish the job" essentially. I think both people sent were contractors of the company. I assumed we were hiring trust elite cleaners, but that wasn't the case.
