These guys are great. My heating problem was resolved quickly. They were able to fix my heating issue without delay. They were helpful and professional, even though I knew that not all heating problems are easy. Mike and David are great representatives for the company, as is the young girl who answers their phones in the morning. They were all polite. They cleaned the work area by covering it. I must say that their work has impressed me.

Cameron, Kevin and Jonathan, along with the entire NC Express Heating and Cooling Team, were very professional and personable. They worked extremely hard to replace our house's heating and cooling system. The whole process was seamless and they met all expectations. It is great to have this company on your team if you need HVAC services. Tom came out in 2015 to give us an estimate, but the timing didn't work out. We were so impressed with him that we saved his bid for all these years. When we finally decided to install a furnace and put in air conditioning, his company was our last call after receiving multiple bids. We thought he'd give us the best bid, and we were correct. The equipment and services were excellent value. Tom is also a very nice person! He is professional, punctual, has good equipment, and knows his craft. He is a professional and we will use him again for future needs.
