Our technician was very knowledgeable, thorough & very helpful in explaining what was wrong and provided options to fix the problem. He was very pleasant and respectful, and he was not pushy on trying to make a sale! I highly recommend Budget HVAC!

We had our heating and cooling replaced, two sets. They did a good job, very clean, workers were on time and courteous; the sale and desk people were responsive and nice. Good value as far as I know. So far the furnaces work great, we are waiting for the summer to test the ACs. The city inspector was happy with their work. :)

After receiving several quotes for new furnace and AC units, I chose to go with this firm. I received a great quote and everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and responsive. The installers were efficient, answered any questions I had, and they left no trace once the job was complete. Very happy with my choice to have purchased my new units through them.

This company n his services man is awesome! He is knowledgeable, precise, honest, and punctual. I have had balanced heating and cooling replace my furnace, install new thermostat and performed maintenance checks on HVAC and heating systems for a year now, and I am very pleased and highly recommend this company to all who need HVAC and heating service!

Tech was very pleasant and friendly. My dog loved him right away and she knows. He was very thorough and informative, explained his checkup and answered all our questions. Very professional.
