I highly recommend Ford’s Plumbing & Heating. I have used them twice in a month, once to resolve a major issue for the entire condo and once for my unit. A big thank you to Luis, Johnny, Milton, and Johan. They did an incredible job replacing 10ft of pipe in a 16ft high ceiling. Luis does a great job explaining issues and reviewing the options to resolve. The team are true professionals.

Ford's Plumbing is absolutely amazing. I called for a quote to have some drains replaced and they responded promptly. I was given a quote that day and it was a reasonable price compared to the two other quotes I received. The reason I chose this company was a gut feeling other than the money I liked the person giving me the quote. They showed up my house within a week and started the job. The quote was for the job to last 5 days and they finished it in 3. The whole crew was amazing they were polite they were neat and clean. I am a senior and need to use the toilet and they made sure at the end of the day it was connected. Another great thing about this company is the lady who answered the phone her name is Cynthia. She kept me informed daily when the guys were on their way out to my house. Cynthia also answered any questions that I had and found the answers, if she didn't know,. They are lucky to have her. I found Ford's by asking chat GPT and they were listed as number one. Because I am a senior I was worried about being taken advantage of and told chat GPT of my concerns. I was worried that chat GPT couldn't help me but it did and I'm glad that Ford's was number one on their list. I have already recommended this company to other friends of mine. If I need any other plumbing or Heating work I will choose them without any trepidation.

We’ve used Ford on several occasions and each time the job was done with care and done well. This week we were on vacation and received a high water pressure warning from our monitoring system. Ford came over, diagnosed the situation, and addressed the problem. When pressure remained high, Ford came over without being asked, several times, to make the adjustments necessary to fix the problem. Billing was easy and frictionless. Terrific work by Luis and excellent communications from Cynthia! Highly recommended!!

Ford's Plumbing was easy to work with, kind, and professional. The installed a gas valve and they were able to get our job done quickly, with clear communication! Would recommend them to anyone.

They were our second opinion on a huge job and although it cost a pretty penny, I feel confident it was money well spent. Efficient, clean, knowledgeable, experienced, polite, empathetic and professional. They saved our very old house from a major disaster and we will only use them from now on.
