We got a few estimates before deciding on LA Roof Masters Culver City for our roof replacement. Our asphalt shingle roof was more than 25 years old and was definitely showing its age. They explained what needed to be done during the inspection and kept us updated as the project moved along. The crew stayed on schedule and did a good job cleaning up around the house. The new roof looks great, and we're very happy with how everything turned out.

Our old tile roof was in decent structural condition, but it was absorbing so much heat that our AC unit couldn't keep up. Avi from LA Roof Masters suggested a restoration with a cool-roof ceramic coating instead of a full replacement — saving us thousands and keeping the old materials out of a landfill. The coating has reflective properties that bounce the sun's rays back into the atmosphere. The difference in our indoor temperature during this July heatwave has been remarkable! Our AC runs much less frequently, and our electricity bill has dropped by over 20% . They also sealed all the tiles and checked every flashing point . They provided a solution that was economical, environmental, and highly effective. Innovative thinking like this sets LA Roof Masters apart.

From the first inspection to the final cleanup, LA Roof Masters Culver City exceeded every expectation. Living in Culver City, I'd noticed some cracked tiles and was worried about the heat this summer getting into our attic. Avi came out, did a comprehensive inspection, and explained everything in terms I could actually understand. The team repaired several cracked tiles, replaced failing flashing around our chimney , and thoroughly cleaned our gutters and drainage system . They also identified that our roof ventilation was inadequate, which was causing our upstairs rooms to feel like a sauna. They installed additional roof vents at a very reasonable cost. Since the work was completed, our cooling bills have noticeably dropped! What stood out was their integrity. They pointed out that some minor damage didn't need immediate replacement and could wait — they actually saved me money rather than padding the bill. The worksite was immaculate every single day. Highly recommended for anyone needing honest, quality roofing work in the area.

I noticed a few shingles had blown off after strong winds and assumed I needed a whole new roof. Before making a major investment, I contacted LA Roof Masters Culver City for an inspection. To my surprise, they were completely honest and explained that only a small section required repair. They could have easily sold me a larger project, but instead they recommended the most practical solution. The repair was completed quickly and at a reasonable cost. It's refreshing to find a contractor who values honesty over sales.

After receiving several estimates for a complete roof replacement, we chose LA Roof Masters Culver City because of their transparency and attention to detail. Our asphalt shingle roof was over 25 years old and showing significant wear. From the initial inspection to project completion, the team communicated clearly and stayed on schedule. The workmanship was excellent, the property was kept clean throughout the process, and the new roof has completely improved the appearance of our home. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a roof replacement.
