Less than helpful community manager that could not answer a direct question. Provided vague and incomplete information. Calling the main line is also a total waste of time. If you are looking for an HOA management company I would suggest you keep looking because this one is only going to cause frustration.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment I moved in, the unit was not properly prepared. Basic things you would expect to be handled before a tenant arrives simply weren't. On top of that, I've had ongoing issues with essential services like hot water, which have not been resolved despite being raised multiple times. What's been more frustrating than the issues themselves is the way they've been handled. Communication is inconsistent, concerns are brushed off, and when you follow up, you're made to feel like the problem is your attitude rather than the actual condition of the unit. Instead of taking accountability, management tends to deflect and escalate situations unnecessarily. It creates a really uncomfortable dynamic where you're just trying to get basic living conditions met. If you're considering living here, just be aware that once you move in, you may be on your own when it comes to getting things fixed properly. There are too many better-managed properties in the area to deal with this kind of experience.

Absolutely Horrible company! Our community has been with this company for 4 months now. They started off horrible and immediately got worse. They do not reply to emails, they do not follow up, they do not pay bills on time, they have not even visited our property…I could go on and on. Do not hire them.

They are horrible. In all of my years of living in apartments I have never experienced a company that discriminates against it's tenants who are not like them in race, while doing services for people who are like them and completely ignoring anyone who isn't like them. They hire apartment managers who are the same. In my complex they have fixed up peoples places and fix repairs for people of their racial background and anyone who isn't you have to ask repetively for years to fix basic, I mean basic services. Any building with Metropolitan Properties stay away from. You will be discriminated against. They will allow your air conditioner not to work for years and not fix basic plumbing or needs, allow mold to grow and they don't care, and it will take multiple requests and complaints for years before they fix anything. They will allow heaters to build up with soot and dirt and when you have carbon dioxide in your place and tell them, and have to go to the hospital, like my manager who said it wasn't their fault and was angry at me for mentioning it. Yet she and her known friends whom she rents to she gives them favor and helps them fix their places brand new. Yet she is mean and does nothing for anyone else. She treats this complex like a tribe, our race against yours. Then when you have had it and raise your voice, they complain that you complain, yet they will fix anyone who is of their races and not fix anyone who isn't. This is what has happened in my complex. They do not care about your well being and are extremely unprofessional.

This management company is awesome. Maintenance repairs are done as quickly as possible. Keep in mind, you are not the only person needing maintenance. The negative reviews are people who sound selfish and only care about themselves. Be patient and understand we all need each other to make things happen. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
