As a first time home buyer Hillary was truly exceptional in making sure my wants and needs were advocated for throughout the entire process. I now have my dream home in Newport and she just helped my mother buy hers as well. I will continue to recommend her to anyone.

Hillary Caston, Coastal Property Expert, really understands real estate and is committed to her clients and a successful transaction, whether representing a buyer or seller. Hillary recently sold my coastal home. We had an excellent offer in 3-days and closed in record time. She is on the go from day one, always thinking about how to improve and what, if anything she can do to enhance her delivery of service. She is smart, interesting and fun to work with. Selling or buying a home is stressful. Hillary’s honesty, experience, delivery, and strong work ethic, enabled me to relax. She closely monitored the transaction, immediately established a rapport with all involved parties and kept me informed and up to date. I could not have asked for a better agent. I highly recommend Hillary Caston for your next real estate transaction.

Hillary is a rock star! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Hillary and have to thank her for advising me as a professional. Without her recommendation I may have missed out on a great opportunity for my buyers. She works her tail off, fights for those she represents and is respected by her peers for good reason. Her knowledge of coastal Orange County is second to none. I’m grateful to know Hillary. She sets the bar higher for everyone in the industry.

Hillary assisted me in selling our family home in Emerald Bay. From the listing presentation to the marketing to the final negotiations, Hillary was extremely thorough, creative, effectively aggressive and professional. Hillary thinks outside the box and leaves no stone un-turned. I highly recommend Hillary as a seller or buyer's agent!
