Service disruption since Sunday and I’ve only gotten one update and there is no ETA or support page to receive status updates. I’ve reached out to the news but I guess no one cares.

Service disruption for more than 24 hours is unacceptable. No updates, no eta, no communication whatsoever!!People have jobs and school work that rely on the internet. Please do better

had like 4 outtages since Janurary all lasting at least 2-3hours .. not reliable at all current outtage has been over 24 hours . and they cut all customer service phone lines until they fix the outage with zero updates on how long it will take very unprofessional

Jack and Darren did a great job. They were very fast and informative. Those lads need a raise. Internet is also super fast and great.

worst internet sertvice! I would not recommend this service to anyone. We live in an HOA community and this is the only provider in the area. I get some stuff is out of their control but also their customer service is HORRIBLE! they give you attitude everytime you call to voice concerns. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION
