We added a second bathroom to our home in Laguna Niguel because our family needed more space. While the work was being done, we also remodeled the kitchen, installed oak hardwood flooring throughout the house, and repainted the interior. Ron kept us updated from start to finish and made the whole process easy. Everything came out exactly as we hoped, and we’d definitely recommend SOCAL HOME RENOVATION.

If you’re looking for a contractor who actually does what he says he’s going to do, hire Ron. Ron recently remodeled our Dana Point condo, including a complete bathroom renovation, and the entire experience was outstanding. Since we live out of state, communication was the thing we were most worried about. Ron made it feel like we were there every day. He sent pictures, videos, and FaceTime updates constantly, so we always knew exactly what was happening and what the next steps were. What really impressed us was how professional and organized he was. Everything was done the right way, including permits and inspections. When he uncovered a few unexpected issues with the property, he didn’t just point them out and leave us hanging. He walked us through the options, explained everything clearly, and helped get them resolved. The quality of the work was fantastic, the communication was even better, and somehow he managed to keep us sane during a remodel from hundreds of miles away. That’s probably his most impressive skill. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and would absolutely recommend Ron to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and highly skilled contractor!

We recently had Ron and his team complete a renovation that turned a den into a bedroom, updated our kitchen; including painting cabinets, tiled backsplash and new countertops, and painted the entire house, replaced several windows, new carpet throughout and retiled our bathrooms. The quality of work was outstanding, and the price was excellent. Communication was seamless, and they were easy to work with throughout the process. I’d definitely hire Ron and his team again and highly recommend them.

Me and my wife hired Ron to work on our loft and kitchen projects. We convert our loft into 3rd bedroom and remodel our kitchen and took down low bearing wall. Ron was there almost everyday supervised his workers. It does make a huge difference working directly with the owner and not with project managers. Highly recommended !

Ron came to give us free consultation and itemized quote 1 day after we requested an estimate. After receiving 3 different estimates from 3 different construction companies we chose to hire Ron And Jacob to work on our driveway project. The crew came everyday throughout the project, start date to completion date. They were on time every day, and within only 5 days the pavers driveway has been installed and completed !! Once the guys finish working, Ron insists to do a walkthrough with us to make sure everything is done correctly and we happy with the final results. We would definitely choose Socal home renovation for our future pool project we planned for this summer. Thank you Ron and Jacob, we appreciate your hard work, transparency and dedication to details. Sincerely, Ron and Michelle.
