I can’t say enough amazing things about Jon! He recently helped me and my girlfriend set up all of our insurance (car, home, earthquake) as we were moving in to our new home. We are the kind of people who have lots of little questions about a problem that people typically don’t have answers to. Not only does Jon have all the answers, but he will also give you all the details you need, the backstory context of why something is the way it is, and not to mention he genuinely enjoys giving you this information. This really satisfies our need for context! He is prompt and timely with everything he does. If he needs to check in regarding something he needs from you, he does so. Can’t recommend his services enough!

Jon Firey and Mercury Insurance the Grinch’s that stole my Xmas !!! I was a customer of this insurance company for 5 years!! I never made one claim on my home insurance policy!!! But always paid in and on time. Because of hardships I had to sell my home. I had paid a full years insurance to Jon and Mercury and was only asking for MY money back. I called Jon over 6 times to remind him to follow up with Mercury Insurance!!! As he was my agent, and I thought he was supposed to fight for my interest. I literally have waited a full year for this money. It was promised me it would be sent before Xmas this year. So for the first time in 4 years I planed to go see my kids, grandson, and family for Xmas and was going to use MY money back from my overpayments to Jon and Mercury Insurance. Well for the 7th time I did not receive my check after calling Jon. Mind you I was very patient and waited almost a month every time before calling Jon back. Well I bought the plane tickets and was waiting for MY money back to book my hotel to see my family. I called Jon like I told him I would because I waited for another whole month for my money. He was at the airport with his family and acted Like I was totally inconsiderate to bother him??? When he was using my money that I paid him and Mercury to take his family on their Xmas trip. And Yelled at me for inconveniencing him on his family trip. Then told me to call the insurance company myself. Wow great customer service Jon. All I can say is I hope none of you, have a claim while he is on vacation, good luck, and get ready to get yelled at. Once again this was not even a claim this was my money they STOLE for over a year!!! Sincerely the customer that got Xmas stolen from the grinch Jon Firey and Mercury Insurance!!! Ba humbug back at you Jon!!!
