Over the last three years, I have had the extreme pleasure of working with Andrew on many custom projects. I would have to say that I’ve yet to meet a designer that is more structured and organized in the way they runs the projects, than Andrew. Andrew thoroughly communicates every part of the construction process in the beginning and then sends a complete detailed list of every single appliance that needs to be installed. As an electrical contractor, this is very important information, as it will be important that we install the right voltage and amperage to each of the appliances. This complete list also is sent with a full set of remodel plans. Andrew then meets with all of the contractors to go over the strategy of how the job will be completed, as well as any other critical information needed for the fluid completion of the project. This structured environment not only minimizes things being installed in the wrong locations, it also ensures timely completion of the project. Out of all the designers that I work for, Andrew’s jobs by far run the smoothest of all.
