My son and family moved in about 6 months ago and I spend allot of time at the complex babysitting my granddaughter. I am very impressed with the overall upkeep and amenities offered the residents. We enjoy the pool, courts and even a playground for small children. People are very nice and the apartments are spacious and well designed. It is a wonderful place to live and visit.

Living in Marea has been so incredible! We have been here a few months now and everything has been top notch. We really enjoy how nice the facilities & amenities are kept as we love to use the pools & gym, but you really can’t beat the 10 minute walk down the trail to the beach! This place is a gem. A very special mention to Shenaye who helped us sort everything out from the first day we walked in to our move in date - she guided us with extreme professionalism resulting in the smoothest move in possible & can’t thank her enough!

We are going on our 2nd month of living in Marea and couldn’t be happier. Shenaye was incredibly helpful from start to finish in the moving process and everything has been wonderful since. Any maintenance requests that we have put in have been answered very quickly and the issue is solved immediately. We also absolutely love utilizing the amenities including the beach trail. Marea has felt like home since the day we moved in and we look forward to what’s to come!

My husband and I have lived at the Marea for 4 years, and I recommend living here to all my friends.. let me tell you why. We have a 2-bedroom with a large patio, and it is incredibly spacious with tons of cabinets and storage throughout. The apartment doesn't feel like a typical apartment at all; it honestly feels more like a townhome or condo, which we've always loved. Anytime we've had maintenance requests, they were handled quickly and efficiently. The maintenance team is fantastic and always so friendly, truly one of the highlights of living here. The community amenities are also fantastic!! There's a well-equipped gym, two pools, and both tennis and pickleball courts, which really adds to the lifestyle here. We've had countless friends and family over for summer pools days and BBQs. Dawn, the Senior Property Director, is an absolute JOY to work with, amongst the rest of the property staff team. She genuinely cares about the residents and it really shows in how well the community is run. And lastly, the location...The views overlooking Monarch Golf Course are stunning (plus my husband and I have played quite a few rounds) and having a trail that leads straight to the beach is such a luxury. We spend so much of our time at the beach. It's peaceful, scenic, and feels like a little slice of coastal paradise.

I recently had the pleasure of living at Marea Apartments in Dana Point and I must say, it was truly a fantastic experience. First and foremost, the LOCATION of the apartments is unbeatable. Living next to a beautiful trail leading straight to the beach was a dream come true. The clean and gorgeous beach became my favorite spot to unwind and enjoy the stunning views. It truly added a special touch to my everyday life. One aspect that really stood out during my time at Marea was the exceptional MAINTENANCE Team (10/10 🙌🏻) The maintenance team was prompt and efficient in addressing any issues that arose in my apartment. Their QUICK response time and dedication to resolving problems promptly truly set them apart. Moreover, the OFFICE STAFF at Marea Apartments were a delight to interact with. Always available to address any questions or concerns, they exuded professionalism and courtesy in every interaction. Their clear communication and attentive approach made me feel valued as a resident, creating a welcoming and comfortable living environment. Overall, my experience at Marea Apartments was nothing short of amazing. The combination of a prime location, top-notch maintenance service, and excellent staff made my time there truly memorable. I would highly recommend Marea Apartments to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home in Dana Point.
