ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!! (*PLEASE READ*) I purchased a brand new phone from this place and paid it off in order to avoid any bill increase. The employee said I have to purchase the protection plan and that it is not optional since it's a brand new phone. I don't know his name but I'll describe him ( He was a slim tall black male with a little peach fuzz goatee). I kept telling him i dont want it and i dont want anything changed on my account besides me paying off the new phone. Next month phone bill comes in and there is an increase of $20. I called Spectrum and they said that the phone had the protection plan and that it is optional. I had them remove it. Such a scummy store. Will definitely be reporting this. Beware!!!

When I walked into the store, ask him if they had 17 pro they said yes they had me wait 30 minutes then they said they didn’t have no phones. I came to Lynnwood. They had very good service. I spoke to the service representative name Victor very good highly recommend coming to the wood in Lynnwood.

I took my cousin Bettie to this location because she was switching her mobile service from T-Mobile to Spectrum and was having a lot of difficulty getting everything switched over when she was talking to the Spectrum customer service on the phone. I want to mention that she is 81 years old and in a wheelchair. Alex was the representative that helped her, and he is the absolute best. He got her switched over from T-Mobile to Spectrum on her cell phone and helped her find the best deal available. She had to go back in a few times to complete everything, and Alex was so incredibly patient and helpful with her. For anything she needs in the future, we will go to this location and specifically request Alex. He is so helpful, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Could not recommend him more!

Super bad service about all the stuff that was yesterday Sunday about 3pm at the store. I was upset with my account service because was down for several days and talked by phone at customer service because there charging the whole month and in order to help me they need the monthly Payment done like I receive internet 100 % service and after I pay the bill they can give me a credit of 10 dollars. at the end of conversation they suggested to go to the store in Downey to cancel my account when I was there they were watching the game on TV. I told them I wan to return the device because I want to cancel the service, they ask for my ID and. Notice I was mad and they told me I can cancel the service because I had an appointment to check the device in my house, I told the guy is not need that appt anymore nither just cancel the appt and cancel the service account please he said I can not because you had that appointment I have to call customer service again to cancel the app by phone and they did it and still the guy told me he can not cancel because in his system it shows the appt is not cancel it, plus because I got mad because he told me he can’t help at the store he got offended and told me that with my attitude he don’t gonna help me, he look at another guy like making sure no body assist me and make me leave out the store in that moment I told them I will recording this but they just start joking and posing for the camer. I told them I was frustraided that nobody help to cancel he said is not his problem I told them help me please he said not. I work most of the time and I had not time to come in during the week. I ask for a manager they just look each other and wonder said today is not a manager only Monday throw Friday at the end a guy laughing from outside look at me and possing for the camera that was no even recording it was open only the camera for pictures . I told them let me tell you what happens with my account by phone and why I’m upset since the first time the guy said he don’t care what happens he will not help me with my attitude One of the guys also went outside and see my car plates . I called again toSpectrum customer service they said that that behavior is not acceptable from the store stuff and write the notes. You supposed to be happy in this situations and thanks them for the bad service you receive plus you have to paid in order to give you an answer????

Highly recommend visiting this spectrum in the city of Downey!!! The customer service is excellent in all aspects all the staff is welcoming and helpful!!! *huge shout out to Ivan really helpful knowledge and made it happen in all aspects. Littartely !! 5 star service thanks IVAN!!!
