It was a pleasure to hire Latin Construction Group to transform my 50 year old garage in Downey into a modern, minimalist ADU. From day one Humberto communicated clearly and responded immediately, so I felt informed at every stage. Skilled crews moved smoothly through demolition, foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical, drainage, and interior finishing, with the head foreman coordinating everything efficiently. The project management support during final finishing helped realize the design vision. Humberto even shopped with me for kitchen cabinets and recommended an HVAC contractor and flooring options. The project finished on time and on budget, with upgrade costs explained before I agreed. I highly recommend them for an ADU!

Excellent work!! I was doubtful in the beginning but in the end I was completely satisfied and convinced these guys are the real deal! Very professional... good price, excellent communication, everything very well done. Humberto made me proud and i definitely trust him. I would definitely work with them again thank you so much Latin Construction Group.
