We had an amazing experience at this location with the assistance of Jocelyn G. Jocelyn helped us design our bathroom, and was very knowledgeable and friendly. At the Santa Ana location, we did not have such a great experience with the designer.

Josh assisted us with our purchase of floor tiles for our guest bathroom make-over, he also helped us in loading the boxes into our vehicle. Josh went above and beyond! We were at this location last week and Luis Pedroza was also extremely helpful. Congratulations Floor & Decor on your great staff.

10/10 for help and service at the loading dock. The employees helped me load my tile and even offered water! I'd give a 20/10 if possible. I liked the help. Edit. I forgot to add the found a lot of broken tile which was replaced. Apologies

They have a great variety of flooring tiles planks and all related items to finish your installation Very good customer services Spacious parking spaces

Ivanna Over at the pro Desk was so kind and Helpful! They called my client whom I’m picking the order from, made the whole process seem less and fast. No wonder the company I work for prefers working with this business! We buy and flip properties all around Los Angeles and I’d imaging that floor & decor has been there all along providing their amazing service and great product! Thanks again Ivanna, I appreciate the help and speediness! 🙏🏼
