Excellent people that are knowledgeable and honest. A year ago, on a routine check up, the technician told me my capacitor was weak and may go out with in the next year. It did six months later. I made an appointment and he came to fixed it under my current warranty.

Based on a recommendation from a trusted neighbor here in La Habra Heights, we had Lambert replace our furnace a couple of years ago, and we were so pleased with their professionalism and customer service that we recently had them replace one of our two large AC units. Once again, they did a great job efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Soon thereafter, our remaining AC unit stopped working, and they quickly determined that the problem was old, faulty wiring, not the unit itself. They pulled new wire (no small task), tuned up the unit, and we were back in business after only a few hours---just in time for a major heat wave. We recommend this company without hesitation.

Technicians were on time. Clean, respectful. Gave me information on how to keep my system running well. Checked furnace & air conditioner to ensure all was running well before they left. Interestingly enough, another well known large, local company that prides itself on doing good deeds told us 4 years ago our system needed to be replaced. My husband, who is pretty knowledgeable, knew the other company's assessment wasn't true. That was when we switched to Lambert. So, on this recent checkup Lambert told us our system was still running well and should be for several more years. Hmm. according to that "other" company, our system was on its last leg. Again, I greatly appreciate how honest and professional Lambert Heating and Air Conditioning is!!!
