I would have given Corky's 5 star for the great job their tech does, but their billing and service changed without given me any notice. I've been with Corky's over 21 years and this is first time I am so disappointed!! Who changes their billing & service and doesn't have the customer sign a contract or even send me something in the mail? Who doesn't come out for service for 4 months (while I'm sending $58 every month still) then tells me I have a past due amount? I also pay extra for rodent control. After 4 months I'm sure there's no poison for the rodents to eat. In 2026 they have been here twice for regular service and once as a no charge as I called for additional service. I used to love this company. The techs in the field are awesome, but the higher ups found a way to bill without giving service. I just found out iF I don't call each month they won't come but once in a 3 month period 😳😳😳 yet I am billed for 3 months. In other words, now you pay between $170 to $200 for 1 service!!! CORKYS you suck!!!!

They showed up on time, removed all the webs outside. Pointed out holes in my outside where pests could enter! Walked around inside my house, set traps for rodents! Then he was done! The whole experience was ot very long and the tech was very nice and Informative!!

Devon Cline did a very good job in explaining the contract details and facilitating contract completion. He was patient, knowledgeable with a bonus good sense of humor! Dr Hobbs

A little slow sending me the final inspection and I still have not received my receipt and warranty in writing yet. I really like Andy, the technician. The work was done on time, he answered all questions thoroughly. I would recommend this company again and again. Other termite companies tried to push me into tenting my home when it was not necessary.
