They use apartment apps to find clients to charge $180 dollars to forcefully find a way for you too get apartment that you're not even guaranteed they're going to find what you are looking for . When I found one I see on hot pads just for them to tell me to come to their office and pay 180 to see what other apartments they have available. I don't blame them for doing this. But I can tell theirs no such thing as a healthy living environment for a place to call home

Anyone who pays this place $180 to help find apartments that you can easily find yourself online is wasting their money. This is 2026, not 1895. Services like this offer no real value when the same listings are freely available on websites like Zillow, Redfin, and Apartments.com. The positive reviews also seem questionable. I strongly recommend staying away and not using this service.

Wow they helped me get a place fast, well worth the $180 for the listings . God bless these people they saved me tons of time . I have a high credit score and they found me a place in Downey just like i wanted. Definitely recommend them !!

Horrible service. My wife and I are desperately looking for an affordable apartment for ourselves and our little ones (ages 3 & 1) and we believed this place was a great service, but I was terribly wrong and misguided. They will assure they will find something for you and give you a list of properties to look at, only to be let down and turned away by almost every single listing they provided. They only care about taking your money, and make promises they don't keep. After simply asking for a refund within the 5 day time frame, they simply said " No, I won't give you a refund " Angie, you took advantage of myself, my wife, and my kids as you sat there and made false promises in our faces. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I live in Oregon and was planning on moving down to Los Angeles area and I came across a posting on Craigslist about an apartment available. When I called the phone number, a guy that goes by the name Carlos answered and asked me to come in to the office and he would give me a list of apartments for rent within my budget. When I arrived he said he could not show me the apartments available until I paid $180 as a refundable deposit for their assistance and guarantee of finding the adequate apartment. After myself calling a few of their listings they were disconnected phone numbers or apartments that were not even available. I only gave a one start because 0 stars is not an option. This is my first review I have aver posted on any business but they have to be stoped from scamming people. Please don’t fall for this scam!
