Hands down the best security team I’ve ever worked with! We hired them for our retail store, and their guards were not only professional and observant but also approachable and friendly with customers. The store felt safer, and theft dropped significantly. Highly recommend!

Our business had an issue with late-night trespassing and it was starting to impact staff morale. Since bringing CODE 4 on board, it’s been a completely different atmosphere. They’re present without being intrusive, and we all feel a lot safer. Really grateful for their professionalism and the calm they bring.

Our business park had been experiencing unauthorized visitors after hours, and we knew we needed a reliable security team. Code 4 Private Security came in and immediately set up mobile patrols that made a difference. The officers were alert, visible, and respectful to our tenants. Within weeks, security issues dropped to nearly zero. The professionalism of their team gives us peace of mind every single day. Highly recommend them!

After cycling through multiple security companies that just didn’t meet expectations, our HOA decided to give Code 4 Private Security a try. Their pricing was slightly higher than others we looked at, but now—one year in—it’s clear why. You get what you pay for, and they’ve delivered. In regard to their pricing, they were upfront and transparent. They explained exactly why their rates are what they are and even provided us with a detailed breakdown—what they call the “true cost” of having quality security. It was actually pretty cool and informative, and it showed they operate with professionalism and honesty. I don’t really do Google reviews unless the service is good. Companies have to earn it—and Code 4 has. John, Jose, and their team have been great to work with from the start. What I appreciate most is that we always have direct access to our dedicated representative, who’s available whenever we need support and even attends HOA meetings when requested. Their guards are consistent, and the daily reports we receive are thorough and timely. They just hit their one-year anniversary with us, and as promised, I’m leaving this review to say: they’ve done a great job. Highly recommend Code 4 Private Security if you’re looking for a company that actually cares and follows through.

We were extremely pleased with John and his team. On very short notice, John made himself available to address our needs. Throughout a multi-week engagement, John and team were experienced, prompt, and diligent. In addition, they provided good hospitality, courtesy and professionalism with every employee and guest they came in contact with. We highly recommend Code 4 Private Security.
