I have only great things to say about working with company: Top Flooring Contractor for my home remodeling project. I felt lucky to be referred to them through my insurance provider. Philip communicated very well with the insurance company and helped make sure all the needed repairs and replacement work were approved and completed. I had damage to the roof area and the dining room ceiling after severe rain and strong wind, and he was responsive, experienced, and very helpful through the whole process. I really cannot imagine getting through the project without his support. He made me feel confident that any issue during the remodel would be handled the right way, and that is exactly what happened. A few challenges came up with another contractor, and he stepped in quickly to keep everything on track. Eric and the crew were outstanding to work with. They were polite, showed up on time, worked hard each day, and cleaned up the jobsite carefully before leaving. Their attention to detail really stood out. The repaired roof area looks even better now because they found smart solutions to underlying problems during the restoration work. They also did an excellent job replacing the dining room ceiling, with clean finish work and careful craftsmanship that matched the rest of the home well. Overall, the team was honest, fair, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. It was a smooth experience, and I would gladly hire them again for future home improvement work in East Los Angeles.

Our home in East Los Angeles had major fire damage, and we hired a remodeling team for the full rebuild. From the very beginning, they helped us understand the restoration process and guided us through each step after the fire. We did not know much about fire damage repair, insurance-related questions, or how to prepare for reconstruction, so their support meant a lot. Philip was always available to answer our questions and kept us informed throughout the project. Philip and Jalen even went out to the property soon after the fire to help protect our 5th wheel before the rainy weather came through, which we truly appreciated. Once the rebuilding work started, the team was receptive to our ideas, design preferences, and even a few last-minute changes. They made the whole home remodeling experience feel smooth and manageable. Bentley and the crew were always welcoming when we stopped by to check the progress. They took time to explain the construction work, the repair stages, and what was happening next, which helped us feel comfortable and confident in the rebuild. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. When the project was completed, we were amazed by how beautiful the finished home looked. The craftsmanship, care, and attention to detail really showed in every part of the remodel. We are extremely happy with how the fire restoration and rebuilding turned out, and we would gladly recommend this team to anyone needing home remodeling or reconstruction services.

Skillful and enjoyable are the best words for my experience with Top Flooring Contractor on my kitchen remodel in East Los Angeles. I had been planning a kitchen update for a long time, but I felt stuck because I did not know enough about layout, finishes, cabinets, and flooring to make the right choices on my own. I wanted a team that would look at the condition of my kitchen, listen to my ideas, and then guide me with practical remodeling suggestions instead of just following everything without input. From the first project meeting, Eric brought thoughtful ideas and a clear vision for how the space could be improved. The discussion covered design options, materials, workflow, and ways to make the kitchen feel more open, functional, and modern for everyday use. I quickly felt confident in the plan and was excited to see how the design would come together during construction. The whole crew did an excellent job from start to finish. They were skilled, creative, and easy to work with throughout the renovation process. The workmanship was strong, the ideas were fresh, and the final result completely changed the look and feel of my kitchen. It now looks beautiful, updated, and much more useful, and I am very happy with how the remodel turned out.

Top Flooring Contractor did an excellent job on my full kitchen remodel. It was a large home renovation project that included rerouting plumbing, electrical, and gas lines to create a better layout and improve how the space works every day. Colin came out to take measurements and put together a clear estimate with helpful layout drawings that showed the new kitchen design. Those plans made it much easier to understand the remodel before work started, and I really appreciated being able to review everything in detail. I also valued the honest guidance about the best way to handle the renovation goals I had for my home. Communication stayed strong from start to finish, and the whole process felt organized and professional. Keith and the crew were true craftsmen who took real pride in their work. You could see the care they put into every phase of the job, from demolition and rough work to the finishing details. Their attention to detail, quality workmanship, and respect for my home stood out throughout the project. The finished kitchen looks beautiful, feels more open and functional, and fits the style of my house perfectly for East Los Angeles living. This was a very positive remodeling experience, and I would gladly use them again for future home improvement work.

I had a fantastic experience working with this remodeling team. Philip and his crew completely changed my perspective on home improvement contractors. Before, I was hesitant to trust contractors, but Philip’s professionalism and knowledge of building codes and regulations really put me at ease. He may look young, but his experience is impressive and really shows in his work. Communication with Philip and the office was clear and easy throughout the project. They handled both my front and backyard landscaping, as well as the kitchen and bathroom remodel inside my home here in East Los Angeles. The results matched the 3D design they showed me right from the start—everything turned out just the way I had hoped. The crew made sure to clean up the work areas every day, which I truly appreciated. The quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail was outstanding, and I feel the value was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend this team for any home remodeling needs!
