I had an appointment and Suzanne took me in early and allowed my dog to come in since I couldn’t find a sitter. She was very professional, personable and my refund was larger than expected. I had taken in last years’ refund for reference. She took a look and noticed several errors that my accountant from the previous year had made. She was able to amend and submit last years’ return for a more significant refund, as well! This was all for the reasonable, new customer price she had quoted me. I’ll definitely be back next year!
