Tyler came by and fixed my Internet service. He is an all star. Replaced a splitter in the attic, fixed wiring that has been chewed on by our fur babies. Professional fast courteous and offered recommendations to improve out service. Highly recommend.

Wow! Jonathon Mitzel went above and beyond to help my grandfather get an account issue straightened out and his Spectrum cable boxes turned back on. Jonathon spent an hour and a half with us and called at least 5 different offices until he was able to get the situation fixed to satisfaction. He was professional, polite, and his work went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Not a customer and never will be. Early in the morning, representatives from this company squeezed through my *locked* front gate and commenced a relentless banging on both of my doors and then my windows. I was working from home, on a conference call. When I was able to pause the call to get to the door they very rudely advised that they were banging on the door as a "courtesy," because they were "authorized" to enter the property up to and apparently including having employees literally squeeze through a locked gate. Not clear to me a) why this company opted not to provide advance notice if it needed access to run cable, and b) why, if per its insistence it is authorized to jimmy through a locked gate to access private property it felt the need to commence the relentless banging on all doors and windows to begin with. I did of course contact the company to inquire into all of the above in reply to which I was advised "well, we try."

My Grandmother was having trouble with her her landline making her sound like a robot as well as the call being extremely staticky.Contacted cox customer care and within a few days they sent out a wonderful technician. Omar who replaced and updated all of the wiring that had not been updated in the 15+years that my grandmother has lived in the home. He did the job in a timely manner and was very accommodating, professional and able to call me who wasn’t at the appointment to follow up with and let me know the outcome. He went above and beyond thank you again to Omar my grandmothers connection is working nice and strong again. Goodbye to the robot and static!!!

Incredible service from Tyler who came out to fix our wonky Cox internet that kept disconnecting. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful...Tyler was able to break down the issue into understandable lay terminology and solved our issue. Hes a great asset to this company!
