We had a remodel project started by another contractor, but they were suddenly pulled away due to complications on another project. Carlos and his crew didn't hesitate to jump in when we asked for their help. Everyone on the CHR team gave their all in getting the project done correctly and on time. I recently had the pleasure of working with Carlos on our ADU project and they did an EXCELLENT job! We hired Carlos specifically for the framing of our ADU. Carlos was a breath of fresh air to deal with as he was on top of everything. Not only did he make sure he completed the tasks on-time per our contract, but he made sure it was built correctly. He was there at every City Inspection to make sure we didn't miss anything. I will definitely reach out to Carlos again in the future when we are in need of a contractor.

CHR did a great remodeling work at my place before we moved in. I was very peculiar about what I wanted and Carlos went above and beyond my expectations. He brought in a great crew who updated our lighting and electrical, added ceiling fans in the bedrooms. He recommended a few upgrades and I accepted most of them. I regret not listening to all their recommendations because now that we live in our place it definitely would have made a difference for the better. He worked in a reasonable timeline and they were very respectful and caring over my place and our kids. I will be giving them a call back soon!

These people are really AWESOME! C.H.R Construction started laying out my brand new house. There owner Carlos hernandez is an EXCELLENT BOSS. He is always on time makes sure the quality is PERFECT. He's been doing construction work for more than 20 YEARS. When every I have a doubt about anything I can call him and he will pick as soon as he can. He also gives very good price for what the work is and never trys to cut corners. His men are also very nice people and they are all hard workers. He sometimes also brings his son along to teach him so easy simple methods his dad use at work. Overall these people are very positive, hard working, and professional individuals.
