Why retail tenants in El Cajon work with flooring providers
Independent retailers and restaurant operators run lean, and every vendor relationship has to earn its keep. Retail Tenants Together lists providers that work with brick-and-mortar businesses in shopping centers and street-front locations — operators who understand store hours, foot traffic, landlord rules, and the fact that a closed storefront is lost revenue. Members compare providers here and share real experiences with peers in the RTT community.

I received quotes from several garage coating companies and ultimately selected Pristine due to their responsiveness, communication, fair pricing and great reviews. Jeff, the owner, responded timely to my request and after looking at my garage floor, sent me a quote shortly after. Jose and Mike who did the work showed up on time, took great care in prepping and application, and made my garage floor look fantastic! I am extremely happy with the work and the company. Highly recommend if you need your garage floor coated.

I would highly recommend Preston’s Epoxy Floor Coatings if you’re looking to upgrade your garage. Jeff and team were quick to respond, scheduled a time for an estimate, and came out later that week for the project.
A full day project due to some extra work needing to be done to our floors (see pictures of the before and after). The crew came on time and made sure the area was clean after they were finished. The floors look amazing.

Jeff and his team did a great job with recommending the right coatings and color selections, as well as repairing a garage floor that required grinding and patching. Highly recommend their services. Garage looks better than envisioned.

I recently hired Pristine Epoxy Floor Coatings to paint our garage and patio, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Jeff is exceptionally professional, punctual and communicative. His meticulous attention to detail was evident in every aspect of his work. The floors turned out great, exceeding our expectations.
Additionally, the price was reasonable for the amount of work including grinding the floors, and Jeff worked within our budget, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Pristine Epoxy Floor Coating for anyone looking for top-notch service and outstanding results.
