Ran my credit with all the information given being correct via Credit Karma and access to my bank account before denying the loan they had offered as preapproved. This company hurt my credit with an inquiry under false pretenses. Do not trust them.

If you’re looking for a loan ,I highly recommend this spot ! Super professional and friendly ! I was nervous at first but as soon as I started talking to Laura I was at ease she was such a great help that I felt lucky to have had her helping me ! All the ladies there were cool every time I called all of them always helped me out ! Ask for Laura ! She explained everything with such detail . For real tho this is a good spot !

Many of the previous reviews I have found correct. Read and listen to all policies and contract information. First, interest is extremely high if you have poor credit. 2nd they tell you they can help with a loan with only offering collateral needed once you come into their office. I made the mistake of adding my car. My car was in an accident and OneMain was the title holder so they kept all the money received from the insurance company. This does not bring your interest down. I had also requested a deferment for 2 months to have a break on my payments. Beware! This does not mean they will stop the payments for 2 months. They will still take out the payments from your bank and add the payments to the end of the loan. Stay away from this company! Good Luck

Agree with other reviews here and had the same experience. They ran my credit again over the phone. Then claimed they had multiple offers and would call me back to discuss them because they're under staffed. 3 days. No call. Now they won't answer the phone when I call. The One Main Financial in Salt Lake City was completely different with quick call back and same day appointments.

I don’t recommend this company to anyone. If they know they can’t get anything out of you as far as collateral then they see you practically as useless. They don’t return back phone calls and blame it on “high call volume” and being “understaffed”. Take some accountability. This is one of many customer service businesses. Let me also state that while I was sitting in the lobby the lady told her coworker that she was “too busy right now” and he responded with “sorry I know you’re busy”. What kind of business are you trying to run if it’s an inconvenience for you to help someone in need of a loan?
