Avoid this company at all cost. We used Aftermath for an inspection and repair during a refinance and you can clearly tell that they were looking to find ways to over charge and make money any way possible. After requesting a breakdown of cost for labor and supplies, along with repairing only the required repairs, the owner became begrudgingly upset and would not provide us the information. Stating that we're paying for their knowledge and expertise. The technician that did the inspection picked and chose what to charge for although there were several areas around the house that looked very similar. We informed them we had a tenting and fumigation done approx. 3 years ago and theirs a tag in the attic that proves it, but they stated they were not aware (showing you how well they do their inspections). We were charged $2000 for work that took less than an hour, which was done half hazardly. Would not recommend. I feel bad for the owners who feel they have to exploit their customers to make a buck.

I have completed probably close to or over 100 fumigations and repairs with Aftermath. Ray has become a strong tool in my arsenal as a top producing realtor in San Diego County to help serve my clients. There are a lot of options out there but when it comes to WDO reports some companies are overly prescriptive and others are not prescriptive enough. Aftermath has always been professional and within reason.

As a realtor, I am in constant need of an inspector to look for problems at the homes I am selling. Ray is my go to inspector for Wood Destroying Organisms: termites, dry rot, fungus, etc. He is always on time, does his job very thoroughly and is a great communicator.
