Gabriel always calls to let me know when he will be out to spray. He answers any questions I might have. He does a great job. Your office staff are always so friendly when I call. Over all a great company for any bug problem. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends!

I am a tenant who has had a long term relationship with Dewey Pest Control (since November 2024.) The Townhomes that I reside at in a semi-rural area has neighbors directly behind my wooden fenced back yard. One neighbor has an active chicken coop that extends about 1/2 way along my back fence and the other neighbor has a couple of outdoor dogs that get fed along the other half of my back fence. This equals a stinky back yard with a rat circus and a rat freeway along my fence. Currently we have birdstop (spiked strips along the entire top of the fence) which generally deters rats and keeps a variety of other creatures at bay. I have realized that over the two years I have been living at the townhomes, that if rats would like to sample the garden plants in my pots in the back yard, they will simply chew a hole right through the wooden fence, right through the drywall to my garage and also right through the fascia boards on my townhome. This allowed them access to the back yard where they dug in my plants, access to my garage where they decided to begin nesting, eliminating their bowels and bladders, as well as procreating and reproducing at speeds similar to the speed of California Insurance rate increases and also access to my crawlspace where they run the Indy 500. We have had many trips out to my townhome by Dewey (Austin and recently Paul, as Austin is no longer our rep.) I want to say that the rat activity has dwindled to a small amount of activity as the bait stations and snap-traps have been doing their job! Our contract allows for Dewey to also come remove deceased rats out of the regular monthly routine and I have had a very pleasant experience. At one point I needed to reach their office and via the website there was a number to text their office where I had, yet another outstanding experience with Kera who was very patient with me and responded quickly. We’ve been very happy with Dewey Pest Control, and especially with James, our technician. He’s always friendly, courteous, and professional every time he comes by. Most recently, we had to call about ants, and as always, James responded quickly and took care of the issue. He’s great at explaining what he’s doing and what to expect, which we really appreciate. It’s clear he knows his stuff, and it’s reassuring to have someone so knowledgeable and respectful working in and around our home. Highly recommend!
