We reached out to Streamline for a leak at our home in Spring Valley. Darryl came out just a few days later and helped us perform a water test (many companies refused to do it, charge a ridiculous amount for it, or suggested we do our own). Darryl found the leak and had it fixed a week later. Our roof was replaced a few years ago by a different company and we've had issues ever since. It was refreshing to have someone actually FIX the problem and they made us aware that the original job that was done was subpar. Unfortunately, due to our roof being improperly done by the other company, we may need to rely on Darryl even more in the future, but we'll do it confidently after this positive experience. The issue we had with our house was a very low pitch. I got multiple quotes. Some were lower than Streamline. Some were a little more. One wasn't even interested. Roofs are expensive , but cost is by no means not my only metric. I could have had cheaper. But the reviews weren't as good. Or they hassled me every day to move forward. Or they were nearly impossible to event get an estimate from. I settled on Streamline. Like all my quotes, they were recommended to me in some way by a friend. First, I was impressed that the owner and the guy I was communicating with, came and did the estimate rather than someone who wasn't privy to our conversation. Darryl was NEVER pushy. He gave me samples. He made recommendations. He explained things well. When I wasn't ready to pull the trigger he didn't keep bombarding me. There was no automated email system pinging me every 48 hours. He gave me the time and space needed to make this informed decision, continuing to answer my many questions along the way. When I finally said "Go", Streamline were able to slot us in before a trip we had planned. Turns out the trip was cancelled but their flexibility was appreciated nonetheless. Marcos did a great job on site. Word to the wise .. whoever you go with, make sure you cover up the inside of the garage. The demo team that Streamline used were very courteous in ensuring that it was all covered, but man...it's messy! 😂 Job was done in 4 days, which included stripping down 3 layers, adding OSB, installing vents and a good amount of replacement wood, membrane and shingles. Crew was great in ensuring that everything was clean, porta potty was arranged to be picked up, excess materials picked up and just like that, it was done. Havent had rain since. I am confident that when we do get the first, I will be crawling around the attic space making sure all is well. That's just me. But after the final walkthrough after job completion, I am very confident I won't have anything to worry about. Looks clean and tight. At least to my very untrained eye. Thanks Streamline. Would absolutely use again. I just hope I don't have to. 😁

Streamline Roofing did a terrific job! The owner, Darryl, was great to work with. He and his wife were responsive to my messages and addressed any concerns I had regarding the job. The crew was considerate and worked diligently to meet my timeline. Overall, I am very satisfied with the new roof and patio rebuild. I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.
