Lola is our housing manager. She especially and the remainder of the staff at RPM were incredibly accomodating and reasonable to work with regarding seeing the house and drafting the lease. Excellent experience compared to many property management companies I’ve experienced.

Francis with Real Property management has been an outstanding property manager! She is incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Any questions or concerns have been addressed quickly, and she always follows through with excellent communication. It's clear that she truly cares about both the property and the people she works with. Working with Francis has been such a positive experience, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and dedicated property manager. Thank you, Francis for being so helpful!

The entire team at RPM is excellent! My primary contact was Lola, who is absolutely fantastic. I also called the team a few times for assistance and every person I spoke to was incredibly responsive and friendly. I secured the perfect little beach bungalow and I hope to be there for a decent amount of time, but when I’m ready to move again RPM will be my first call!

Thank you Lola and Beverly for helping my fiance and I lock down our awesome new condo! We're so excited to move in. In these past 3 months I have been searching for a condo plus planning a wedding so my stress level has been kind of up. Lola and Beverly have brought me relief. They have been so accommodating and reassuring. Thank you, thank you!

I had a great experience with this property management company. During our 2+ years of occupancy they handled all work orders without any problems. They were incredibly flexible when we needed an extension on our lease while we were in the process of buying our house. The staff is great. Maria was very responsive, she followed up in a timely manner, and made the whole move-out process seamless. They also made the security deposit process super smooth, and we received most of it back without any hassle. Thank you to all the staff, Rica, Natalie and Maria for always being available to assist with our requests. Highly recommend their professionalism and great customer service!
