We remodeled two condo bathrooms and had a very smooth experience from start to finish. Bryson was our project manager throughout the whole renovation, and it was really convenient having one main point of contact during every phase of the bathroom remodel. The team was professional, responsive, and did excellent work with the overall design, materials, and finishing details. Bryson had a great can-do attitude, was honest, easy to work with, and always made the process feel simple. He handled both the big decisions and the small details, and stayed in close communication with us through calls, texts, and video chats, which made the remodeling process much easier. The crew was also very helpful with product selection, hardware choices, and material planning, and they even helped coordinate pickup and delivery of needed items for the job. We also appreciated the extra care they put into the project, including adding a few additional items at no extra charge. The workmanship, communication, and customer service all stood out, and we would highly recommend them for bathroom remodeling and other home improvement projects.

I highly recommend this remodeling team for a bathroom renovation. I reached out for an estimate to replace the bathroom flooring and the nearby fixtures after getting a referral, and the response was very fast. The quote was clear, detailed, and easy to understand, with a full breakdown of the work and helpful follow-up questions to make sure nothing was missed. The pricing was very fair, and the project stayed on budget from start to finish. Preston came by to inspect the bathroom in person and helped put together a solid remodel plan. He was responsive, easy to work with, and gave great guidance on flooring, finishes, and other materials that would fit the space and hold up well over time. Bryson and Trenton handled most of the installation work, and they were punctual, professional, and respectful of my home throughout the job. During the remodel, an unexpected plumbing issue came up with the toilet flange, but the team took care of coordinating the repair right away so the bathroom project could keep moving without delays. That extra support made the whole process much easier and showed they really know how to manage a remodel the right way. The finished bathroom looks excellent, and I am so happy with how everything turned out. The craftsmanship, communication, and overall project management were outstanding. This was one of the smoothest and least stressful home remodeling experiences I have had, and I would absolutely recommend this team for bathroom remodeling and other home improvement work in El Segundo.

I hired BrilliantBuilds General Contractors after getting several estimates from other remodeling companies. The price was a little higher than some of the other bids, but it was absolutely worth it for the quality and smooth experience. My project manager was professional, attentive, and quick to respond throughout the whole home renovation process. We had two detailed planning meetings where I sat down with Trenton, who walked me through every step clearly and helped shape the vision for the remodel. I especially appreciated the 3D before-and-after design of my home, because it let me picture the finished layout, materials, and overall look before construction even began. Once the plans were finalized, the start and completion timeline stayed right on schedule. The workmanship, communication, and commitment to doing the job right really stood out, and I am very happy with the results of my home improvement project in El Segundo.

choosing the right contractor for a home remodel can feel stressful, especially after moving into a new house and planning a full master bathroom renovation. after meeting with several remodeling contractors and comparing quotes, i chose this team and i am so glad i did. preston was outstanding and managed the whole bathroom remodel from demolition to final finish work. his communication, scheduling, and attention to detail made the entire project smooth and easy. the crew showed real craftsmanship throughout the renovation, and the tile installation in particular came out beautiful. every part of the work was handled with care, professionalism, and skill. they stayed on schedule, kept the workspace very clean, and respected the rest of the home during construction, which was very important to me. they also helped make smart choices with materials and finishes that fit the space well and gave the bathroom a fresh, high-end look. the whole remodeling process felt organized and seamless, and the before-and-after difference is amazing. i am extremely happy with the results and would gladly recommend them to anyone planning a bathroom remodel, interior renovation, or other home improvement project in el segundo. they will definitely be my first call for future remodeling work.

We highly recommend this home remodeling contractor. Our project included a full renovation of the main living spaces, including the entry, living room, dining room, family room, and kitchen, plus turning a breakfast area into a pantry and half bath. Several walls were removed to create a more open floor plan, and the layout now feels much brighter, more functional, and better connected for everyday living. During the remodel, the crew also corrected the floor levels so everything matched, since the living room had been stepped down with a sunken floor. Structural support and load-bearing details were handled properly during the wall removal, which gave us a lot of confidence in the process. The kitchen originally had a lowered ceiling, and it was rebuilt into a beautiful vaulted ceiling that made a huge difference in the space. The work covered all the important parts of a major remodel, including framing, structural improvements, support beams, drywall and sheetrock removal, new insulation, fresh sheetrock, taping, texture, updated wiring, plumbing, and flooring removal and replacement throughout these areas. Because this was an older home, there were also many unexpected issues that came up along the way, but Bryson used his experience and problem-solving skills to get everything resolved smoothly. Bryson also has a strong eye for design. Anytime we were unsure about a layout choice or finish detail, we trusted his direction, and the results turned out beautifully. Throughout the entire remodeling project, he stayed positive, easy to work with, and ready to handle every challenge directly with a practical solution. We are very happy with the final outcome and would gladly recommend this team to anyone planning a home renovation in El Segundo.
