First, they replaced our AC-related equipment, and the technician Roger was on time, skilled, and got everything working again fast. A few days later, they called to make sure the system was still running properly, which showed they really care about their service and workmanship. Later, we had them replace both our furnace and air conditioning system in the same visit. The whole HVAC process was easy from start to finish. They gave us clear written estimates with a few repair and replacement options, and there was no pressure at all. The installation was scheduled quickly, and the crew completed both systems and had everything up and cooling the home the same day. Ayden and Jorge were polite, respectful, and glad to answer our questions throughout the job. When roger came out for the in-home evaluation, he spent close to an hour measuring each room, checking airflow, reviewing duct sizes, and gathering the information needed to properly size the system. He was the only technician who recommended reducing the unit size from 5 tons to 3.5 tons, and he clearly explained the load calculation data behind that recommendation. The other bids were much quicker and did not seem nearly as thorough. The pricing was fair and competitive, and the service really stood out. A few days before the scheduled install, my old ac system stopped working completely during the El Segundo heat. When i called to update them, jorge immediately offered temporary window units and personally came out to install them. That extra help made the house much more comfortable until the new system was ready. The installation crew was on time, professional, and friendly. they worked hard, stayed focused, and did a great job keeping disruption to a minimum.
