This Firm is truly Professional, dedicated and sincerely advocates for their clients even those who might not garner the financial attention that a larger corporation might gain. We are small time clients but we were unjustly pursued by an agressor who wanted to pursue legal action against us. He falsely accused us of rescinding a contract that was fraudulent to begin with. He attempted to decieve us into signing a contract regarding the acquisition of a dental practice. It was our first time purchasing a practice and the seller sought to avoid disclosing critical financials and past history regarding the practice and tried to unload his failing practice on us. He then pursued to accuse us fraudulently by manipulating contract terms and put us through a great amount of distress and fear. He sought to take advantage of small time clients like ourselves and thought we could be bullied into purchasing his practice that was riddled with problems and pitfalls.
