We live in a small condominium complex in El Segundo. It was in desperate need of EVERYTHING! Stucco, trim, roof, fences, decks, signage, electrical, walkways, EVERYTHING! After getting several estimates, we decided on Stephen Rail and his team, and are so glad we did? They walked us through every step of the project, from color selection to roof repair. The team was here on time at the job every day, setting up early to be ready to start work by 8am. Every night they cleaned up, put everything away, locked everything up. Unrelated to the painting, we had a water leak which required the plumber to tear into the exterior stucco. At no additional cost, this work was completed. I bought new exterior fixtures (door knobs and hinges) which they replaced for me at no additional cost. I would come out from my front door with a trash bag and they would take it from my hands and walk it to the dumpster. They always made sure that our cars could get in and out of the complex and they moved their ladders to accommodate us. Kevin, Daniel, Flacco, Raul, Sergio and Stephen are true professionals, and we look forward to hiring them to paint the interior of our home and future improvements.

They were so helpful and informative during each step of the process of painting my deck and porch gazebo. I appreciate how transparent Steve was about all the pricing and how long it would take! They were punctual, respectful, clean and quick! Will be returning for more paint jobs in the future. Thank you so much!

Steve Radl and his team are fantastic. They came in like locusts, surveyed what we needed, helped us noodle through the complexity of decades of environmental wear, and patiently helped us pick the right colors (no easy task, btw). When it came to execution, they lovingly filled in the cracks in the stucco (too many to count), applied primer (several layers), painted the house (multi-color), fixed things that weren't even in the contract (rot from years of water exposure), and turned an eyesore into a structure straight out of a Disney fantasy movie. It literally looks like a delicious ice cream cake. Not to overextend the metaphor, but it also resembles a beautiful Gaudí building in Barcelona—only with painted stucco. We couldn't be happier. Best experience ever. Highest recommendation.

Steve Radl has been painting and power washing our house since the 90’s. His crews are helpful, respectful, and professional. They take their time to do an excellent job. We wouldn’t use any other company.

We couldn’t be happier with the work done by Radl Painting! From the moment they arrived, it was clear we were dealing with true professionals. They were punctual, respectful, and incredibly detail-oriented. Every step of the process—from prep to final touch-ups—was handled with care and precision. The quality of the paint job exceeded our expectations. The lines are crisp, the finishes are flawless, and the transformation of our home is nothing short of stunning. We had a lot of dry rot and Radl Painting fixed all of the wood above our expectations. Radl has true craftsmen to handle the most difficult repairs. We also appreciated how tidy and organized they kept the work area. There was minimal disruption to our daily life. It’s rare to find a company that combines excellent craftsmanship with top-notch customer service, but Radl Painting delivered on all fronts. If you’re looking for a painter who takes pride in their work and treats your home like their own, look no further than Radl Painting. Highly recommended!
