Great place to come to work everyday! The complex is well looked after and all the staff are friendly but a special shout out to Sandi and Justin on the front desk. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they will always go out of their way to help you out.

The best of all is the team at the reception. Justin and Sandi make their biggest effort to make you feel great as a tenant and they're always ahead solving any uncomfortable situations. They provide options instead of excuses. I appreciate the team more than anything.

I have NEVER in my life dealt with an establishment this disorganized, unprofessional, and blatantly disrespectful with other people’s money.
I rented an office space that I never even used. I was physically present THREE times. Three. The only thing I did was move their filthy, dirt-stained furniture around so I didn’t have to look at it. The chairs looked like they had been dragged through a swamp and then tossed into a middle school cafeteria. And the kicker? They knew they were dirty because they magically “replaced” them once I said something. Why were they even presented to me in that condition?
Then — AND THIS IS THE BEST PART — I am now being charged over $1,200 to “return the office to normal.” Normal FROM WHAT? I barely breathed in there. If anything I improved the space. I should be sending THEM an invoice.
Now let’s discuss the parking situation, which feels like some kind of social experiment. The woman at the call box seems to have a personal vendetta against customer service. She managed to leave a lasting negative impression on a CLIENT of mine in less than 30 seconds because my access card wasn’t working. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t working because the office forgot to activate it. And yet I got the attitude. Absolutely unreal.
This building is the embodiment of paying premium prices for Costco sample-level quality. Between the dirty furniture, the surprise fees, the incompetence, and the unprovoked attitude from staff, I cannot believe anyone rents here voluntarily. It’s giving RIP OFF with a side of audacity.
I am now actively warning people so they don’t have to experience what I did. Do with that information what you will.

**UPDATE** I received the refund on Friday, Jan 2. After multiple inquiries and negative reviews and escalations. Not sure if this is the normal way to get a resolution from this company but it's been resolved. There is something to clarify - the on-location staff had nothing to do with this issue. They were always super helpful and professional, showing concern for my situation. I have used the one in Burbank as well and they were really great! So it's unfortunate that this company is living in the past with their systems. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT - get your financial systems in to the 21st Century!! There are so many financial solutions out there that will make this a more customer friendly process. Look into it!
A systemic pattern of withholding money. Look elsewhere!
Beware: Spaces has a serious, ongoing issue with their accounting and billing departments. I am currently fighting to get a $401.70 retainer refund that was promised to me nearly a month ago. Despite being told the money was "processed" on November 24th, it remains stuck in "Pending" limbo.
The "Spaces" Scammer Playbook:
Total Ghosting: They have NO phone number for customer service. You cannot call them. You are completely at the mercy of an automated email ticket system.
Broken Tickets: Only about 1 out of every 5 tickets I open gets a response. The rest just never get answered!
This is actually the second time this year I’ve had to chase them for my own money. Over the summer, they held onto an overpayment of nearly $800 for months. It took five separate helpdesk tickets and constant escalation just to get them to acknowledge the error. Even the local staff at the time admitted their payment systems were a mess.
They seem to rely on "system updates" and "payment method issues" as a constant excuse for why they can't return client funds on time. It is exhausting and unprofessional to have to audit your own landlord every single month.
Better Alternative: If you are looking for a workspace in El Segundo, do yourself a favor and go to the new Industrious at El Segundo (2100 East Grand Avenue). It’s a brand-new, beautiful campus that just opened this month. Industrious has a far better reputation for professional service and transparent billing.
Don't deal with the "insanity" of Spaces’ billing—take your business to Industrious instead.

Great vibe, great people, great coffee! The space is modern, bright, and always clean, with plenty of comfortable seating and phone booths for calls. The staff is friendly and helpful, the Wi-Fi is solid, and the overall vibe is productive but relaxed. Perfect spot for meetings, focus time, or just getting out of the home office. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
