Netly hired a subcontractor to install a drop to my house. The subcontractor accidentally cut into my main electrical line and phone lines to my house. Their idea of a proper repair was to place two pieces of duct tape on the pipe. We called them for over a month asking that they send out a licensed electrician to properly repair the lines. After nearly two months of waiting for a return call we hired someone to properly repair the lines. Now Netly is refusing us service. They will not allow Ting to install fiber to our property. Great company, I dont think so. Hey Netly I'm still waiting.

Netly Fiber did a great job at helping me get the fastest fiber internet in town. They installed the fiber internet tubes through my yard and my driveway and you can't even tell anything was done, I was worried that the install might cause damage to my garden but it didn't at all and you can't even tell they installed anything. I am super happy with the job they did and would recommend them to all my neighbors.

Well, after pointing out that netly's subcontractors didn't have workers comp insurance and likely to not be W4 employees and kicking them off my property for trenching diagonally across my property beyond the utility easement, I have been Red Tagged by Netly which violates Federal regulations. Not to mention you caused 1,200.00 dollars in damages to my property. So that is why you get a 1 rating. At my second residence, I was instructed by a Ting construction manager that Netly refuses to install that drop as well but if I want service there I will have to install the drop myself. Which I did. The reason behind why Netly would not do the work is, I required proof of workers comp and an additionally insured certificate. As a customer, I have the right to request these documents under the law. I could have just called the CSLB, EDD, and DA's office and turned everyone in. I still could. So when you tell me you won't be providing service at my primary residence, maybe you should rethink that and give me a call before it's too late. I'm sure this would make a great story to put out on the wire or better yet in the local paper.
