Leo made a visit to our house, quickly determined that there were some repairs needed but we didn’t need a remodel. He made some sound, considerate advice based on his many years of construction experience and pointed out some design considerations that would really help in any future remodel. During the construction phase, Leo’s team were on time as scheduled, professional, thoughtful of their surroundings. The workers were considerate and mindful that they were in a household - keeping their job site clean and doing a professional job with their repair. Our family was impressed throughout the timely process and its result. We are happy with our repaired bathroom. The wall was repaired, painted and the door works correctly. Leo provided a detailed breakdown of the work, and both his price and timing were amazing. We plan to use REMOCA General Contractors on any future projects.

Leo is the consummate contractor. He and his team are courteous, professional, timely and responsive. ReMoCa renovated my kitchen and then, after the kitchen was complete, a bathroom. Both far exceeded my expectations. Leo has has an eye toward design while being mindful of resale and functionality. Leo's the BEST!!! We hired Leo Villaverde, of REMOCA General Contractors, to remodel our master bathroom. I found him on the web, he provided references ( which we checked out) and all seemed good to get started. Leo is everything you could hope for from a contractor. He did most of the work himself and coordinated any other contractor that needed to come in for the job. He is meticulous in his detail and knowledgeable of what he is doing.
