It has been a while since we have come across a company with the kind of customer service and integrity we’ve experienced here. To top it off, they’re friendly and really good humans. Couldn’t be happier with our new carpet! It looks amazing. The whole process, from shopping to consultation and installation, was easy and efficient. The staff is very friendly and professional. Luis was awesome and kept great communication throughout the process, and Abel did an incredible job on the installation. Highly recommend this store!

From the first day we walked into their showroom, Premiere was open to listening to our needs, making suggestions when appropriate and executing on their promised commitments in a timely and professional manner. We had our floors recently done by Premier Flooring and were incredibly pleased with the results!! The floors look amazing! Everyone was super helpful and friendly from the sales staff to the installers. They were meticulous and thorough and done as promised. I highly recommend them 100%!!!

Luis and his team went above and beyond. We replaced all our carpet along with adding LVP throughout the home. They were professional and meticulous with their work. We were on a time constraint and they met our needs with getting it done in a very fast time frame.
