Missed termite repairs from their own list, painted one spot wrong color without checking with me, and my roofer found a bunch of unsecured roof tiles they had removed for wood repair work. Also, ordered tile insurance for the roof, but never followed up on it. Had to hire a roofer myself to replace the broken tiles.
