I had no idea what I was doing and gave him very little direction, but he somehow created the perfect design--everyone at my author signing event commented on how amazing it looked. What impressed me most was his dedication. Even though he wasn't feeling well, he knew I had my big event that weekend, so he came in just to make sure I had my banner in time. That kind of kindness and commitment is rare. He finished the design in just one day and delivered it in two. Marco is not only talented, but genuinely a good person.
