I was a tenant here for 4 years and never had any issues. The location is excellent right by the in n out off the 5 freeway. Cleaning staff were excellent and bathrooms were always clean. It’s a bit older of a building but you can’t beat the rent price. It’s a bargain for the area and location. Great communication from landlord. Only reason I ended my lease was for health reasons and they were wonderful about working with me on that as well. Highly recommend!!!
