Olympia Construction did an excellent job remodeling our kitchen in Sylmar, San Fernando Valley. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. Communication was always clear, and the management team was professional and easy to work with. The crew arrived on time every day, kept the project moving, and paid attention to the details. The pricing was very fair, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Olympia Construction to anyone looking for a reliable and professional remodeling company.

5-Star Review for Olympia Construction We recently had Olympia Construction build an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) on my property in Calabasas, CA, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first meeting to the final walkthrough, they exceeded every expectation. Their team was incredibly professional, responsive, and detail-oriented throughout the project. They took the time to fully understand what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions that improved the design and functionality, and kept me informed every step of the way. Communication was excellent — we always knew exactly what was happening and when. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The ADU was built with care and precision, using high-quality materials, and everything from the framing and finishes to the electrical, plumbing, and roofing was done to the highest standard. It looks beautiful and integrates seamlessly with my existing home. They also managed the permitting process smoothly and stayed on schedule, which is no small feat in California. I felt confident knowing they truly cared about delivering a great result. If you’re considering an ADU build (or any construction project) in the Los Angeles area, I highly recommend Olympia Construction. They’re trustworthy, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. I’m already looking forward to working with them again on future projects! Thank you, Olympia Construction team — you did an amazing job! 👍 Christian And Mila Viveros, Calabasas, CA

We recently completed a full home remodel in Sherman Oaks with Olympia Construction, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We received five different estimates, and Olympia was right in the middle price-wise, which felt fair and reasonable. One of the main reasons we chose them was their strong online reviews, and we also spoke with two of their past clients in Sherman Oaks who had completed similar projects. Both had only great things to say, which gave us a lot of confidence. From our first meeting, we had a great feeling about Ryan—he’s professional, honest, and easy to work with. That positive energy continued throughout the entire project. This was a true full home remodel: wall removal, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, flooring, windows, painting, plumbing, electrical rewiring, insulation, and more. Everything was clearly documented upfront, and the project followed the contract exactly. There were no surprises or unexpected charges, which is something we were especially cautious about after hearing stories from friends. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt genuinely thankful for the experience and the results. Olympia Construction delivered exactly what they promised. Highly recommended!

We recently hired Olympia Construction for a full kitchen and bathroom remodel in Sherman Oaks and had a great experience. The communication from the beginning was clear and professional, and everything was planned ahead of time, including ordering materials early so the project could move smoothly without delays. Ryan, the owner and project manager, kept his word and always kept us informed during every stage of the remodeling process. If anything needed clarification, he explained what to expect so everything continued to progress smoothly. The new kitchen and bathrooms look amazing. The modern lighting and fixtures make the space feel bright, clean, and very functional. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend Olympia Construction for kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling in Sherman Oaks.

Before even talking about him as a contractor, I have to say that Ryan is an extraordinary human being. He is someone who always stands by his word, genuinely trustworthy, and has a sense of morals and values that is so rare these days. Our project was incredibly challenging from the very beginning, a super luxury 6,000 sq. ft. custom home and ADU with a pool building from scratch , in Pasadena, filled with custom finishes and materials imported from Italy. It was a dream, but also complex and demanding. From start to finish, Ryan totally shined. He tackled every obstacle with patience, intelligence, and a level of dedication that is truly inspiring. He’s not afraid to push himself, share his knowledge, and go above and beyond for the project. The way he handled every detail, from planning to execution made the whole process feel smooth and exciting, even when things were complicated. It’s honestly so rare to find someone in construction with this combination of skill, integrity, and heart. He made our vision come to life in a way we could have never imagined, and I feel so lucky to have worked with him. I can’t recommend Ryan highly enough, he’s the kind of person and contractor you want on any project, no matter how big, small, or challenging. By the way , we sold our house later( cause we had to move) and we broke record per sqft.
