As always, Local Service Pro Plumbing did excellent work. Mark was conscientious and efficient. He snaked our clogged sink pipe. We asked how he would approach the work, so that we could snake a drain next time ourselves. He was polite and showed us. He also reset the position of our sink and sealed a small gap for no extra charge. Great work!

I spent $250 for them to fix my toilet, the problem that was occurring prior to them coming out, is still happening and now they want to charge me an extra $150. Don’t waste your time or money. They will keep making you pay more and the problem will never be fixed. Update after owners response: I want to clarify why this situation is frustrating from my perspective. I initially called because my toilet was continuously running. Your technician came out, diagnosed the issue, and recommended specific repairs, which I agreed to in good faith. I trusted that the problem was properly identified and paid $250 for that service. However, the exact same issue persisted immediately after the repair. That tells me the root cause was not correctly diagnosed the first time. Now being told that an additional repair is needed—at an additional cost—feels unfair, as I already paid for what I was told would fix the problem. As a customer, I rely on your expertise to properly diagnose the issue upfront. When the original problem remains unresolved, it’s reasonable to expect some level of accountability rather than being asked to pay again. At a minimum, I would expect either: The follow-up repair to be covered, or A significant reduction in cost given that the initial repair did not resolve the issue I simply want the issue fixed without feeling like I’m paying twice for the same unresolved problem.

We woke up at 5:30am in a panic when we discovered water leaking out of a family room recessed lighting fixture from pipes in our attic. After doing some research on the internet we called LSB Plumbing and left a message. Lorraina returned our call within minutes. And she was so professional and patient dealing with us and followed through answering every question and concern we had. She dispatched Gabriel to deal with our issue the same morning. He was just wonderful. Answered all our technical questions and communicated with us at every step. He located the leak and made the repair with no issues. I should also mention it was 90 degrees outside and even hotter in our very limited attic crawl space because of a flat roof. Definitely difficult and challenging working conditions. But Gabriel was still efficient, professional and thorough. He even suggested checking our water pressure before he left to make sure we won’t have future related problems. We had a great experience with this company and would definitely call them again with our next plumbing issue. We highly recommend LSB Plumbing.

Technician fixed the issue quickly but left a mess and damaged many of my belongings. Also left a huge gross brown stain on my bathroom counter, stained under the sink, and got a weird unknown brown liquid on some items. Some of my beauty products he didn’t move from under the sink (which I would have moved had the company called 20-30 minutes before he arrived as they said he would but instead he called from my front gate with no notice)were so wet I don’t trust even using them. Additionally, my blow dryer box was so damaged and wet that it doesn’t even work now :( I only have videos of all the damage but sent them to my apartment who contracted the company incase anything could be replaced for the inconvenience. On top of replacing items I must now have a cleaning lady come because nothing I’ve used has cleaned the stain on the white countertops.

I rang LSP Plumbing on Tuesday and was able to schedule me in for a toilet removal and install the next day at the time we requested. Loved that service of availability. Thank you, Johnathan, for removing our old toilet and replacing it with a new one. You did an amazing job and was fast and efficient.
