Sina responded right away when we discovered a water leak. I was impressed by how quickly he solved the problem and how concerned he was about our comfort. He stayed late to hook up the laundry machines so we could use it while the fans were drying the area. We also used his company to renovate the affected bathroom. From start to finish Sina gave us accurate estimates of cost and time. He also met with us to plan, purchase, pick up all materials. Over the entire project he checked in regularly about details such as timeline, materials, and to make sure we were happy with work done. The project turned out beautiful. Sina's Dad is also a wonderful asset to the company and does quality work. They are both awesome and the communication and attention to detail is amazing.

We bought a 30 years old house. When we bought it, my wife was not ready to move in as everything was very old. We saw Sina's work at our friend's house and we hired him to do all the remodeling. Sina remodeled our kitchen, 3 bathrooms, new flooring, carpets, and installed new cabinets and many more items. Basically except walls, we remodeled the whole house. He did an amazing job and all in just 6 weeks. Though he is a general contractor, he is hands on. He and his crew did amazing work. His dad also contributed to many minor details. Sina has amazing designing skills and he will suggest what is best for his clients. He has a very pleasant personality and he made the whole remodeling as a fun project.
