Why retail tenants in Escondido work with electrical providers
Independent retailers and restaurant operators run lean, and every vendor relationship has to earn its keep. Retail Tenants Together lists providers that work with brick-and-mortar businesses in shopping centers and street-front locations — operators who understand store hours, foot traffic, landlord rules, and the fact that a closed storefront is lost revenue. Members compare providers here and share real experiences with peers in the RTT community.

Previously I used 2 Electric company, never fixed the problem. I decided to try ProPhase Electric, the youngman Sebastian was great, he quietly fix one problem after another, all done efficiently. I am extremely happy with Gordon the owner of Prophase Electric. If you ever need a electrician. Call Gordon, he is the MAN!!

Gordon sent a member of his team to install a new chandelier and take care of other long deferred electrical issues. Sebastian was prompt, personable and professional. He volunteered to replace a switch that would improve the dimmer function, and we appreciated his initiative. We will contact Gordon for any future electrical needs!

Gordon was extremely helpful when I was having issues with electrical after a renovation. He was able to get Pedro from his team to come in on short notice and get everything fixed efficiently. The whole team has been nothing but kind and professional. Definitely recommend ProPhase for any electrical jobs or problems!

ProPhase Electric installed some dedicated circuits and replaced some failing strip lights. Price was fair, work was excellent, and they saved me money and aggravation because the other bids I got said they would have to punch holes requiring drywall work. ProPhase was so clever they didn't need to punch any additional holes! Job was well done and efficient. It went so well, we are hiring them again for more installation, indoors and out.

I used ProPhase electric to install lighting in my whole house. I have an older home that had popcorn ceiling and only outlets for lamps… it was so dark. It only took them 3 days for my whole home and what a transformation! Very thankful to Gordon for his hard work on making my home bright and beautiful! Highly recommend this company.
