They were able to set up an appointment the same day. They gave me a two-hour window when they might arrive. Salam called to let me know he was on the way and arrived as scheduled. He was knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. He got things working and was able to give me good advice for going forward. Glad I called Global.

We recently had solar installed, a full roof replacement, and a new AC system put in by Global Heating and Air Conditioning — three huge jobs — and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Our main points of contact were Sal and Gabe, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They gave us a great price, completed the work super fast, and stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process. They made sure we were happy with every aspect of the project and went out of their way to accommodate anything we needed. Both Sal and Gabe are extremely hardworking, honest, and genuinely nice guys who are a pleasure to work with. I had a ton of questions along the way, and they always took the time to answer everything, no matter when I asked. More recently, I thought we might have had a roof leak. It turned out the issue was coming from the slab, not the roof — but Sal and Gabe still came out immediately to help us troubleshoot. Even though it wasn’t their responsibility, they went out of their way to help us figure out what was going on and what steps to take next. That kind of service is rare. I don’t leave many reviews, but these guys absolutely deserve one. They are some of the nicest and hardest-working people I’ve dealt with, and I’ve already recommended them to all my neighbors. If you’re looking for solar, a new roof, or air conditioning work, don’t go anywhere else — Global Heating & Air will take care of you from start to finish. We’re extremely happy with everything they did.

Our neighbor highly recommended Global Heating and Air for the installation of a heat pump. Gabe and his team came out to do it. These guys did a great job. Professional, knowledgeable, polite. Once they were finished they left the area neat and clean. We are very happy with their service and we highly recommend them!
