Man, I don't even know where to start. If I could give this agency 10 stars I would. If you're looking for insurance as an experienced or inexperienced driver, look no further. More specifically ask to speak with Jesus. Jesus bring knowledge, plenty of experience, comfort, and trust! It can be nerve wrecking not knowing the ins and outs of what you're paying for but Jesus will paint a picture for you and do all he can to get you the best rates possible. He will give his best advice and not force you into adding anything that the client doesn't want to add. He gives great recommendations for your policy, and again won't force you into anything you don't want. My father is Spanish speaking only and Jesus professionalism in Spanish and English is stupendous. He will explain things to me in English then look at my father and say the exact same thing to him in Spanish. Jesus brings comfort in knowing what we're paying for. He is also very patient with any questions we had. He would be in a meeting or call with another client and instead of completely ignoring us, he will inform us that he is the middle of something then get back to his business. I'm not left wondering "did he see me, is he ignoring me, should I leave?" The training Jesus receives and the character he brings to the table is unmatched. I've spoke with him for my renewals and he always confirms my questions and gives me closure as a client to continue my business with Farmers. He doesn't make me feel dumb for asking questions, even if they have a simple answer. MY father feels extreme comfort that he understands it from the Spanish speaking point of view. If you're looking for quotes, info, and someone you can trust I highly encourage you to ask for Jesus C. He is someone that Farmers can not afford to lose. Also, I'm always greeted by other insurance agents as soon as I walk in the door. Overall, GREAT experiences every time I walk in through their doors. Farmers is very lucky to have Jesus and all those other staff members. I'm luckier because I have agents that I can trust and not go to sleep at night wondering if I'm being scammed or have other negative thoughts going on in my head with insurance companies. Richard Khasim is doing many great things with his agents and for their customers and I couldn't be more proud to say I'm with Farmers. I hear other horror stories of friends and family and how they're treated by their insurances. Not here!

Great service! Antoine was able to set me up with a policy when many other insurance companies are dropping Californians. This office also followed up with a call afterwards and made sure I had all of the documents I needed. I was initially skeptical about using an independent agent but now I am glad I did.
