This has been the worst insurance experience I have had. They rarely answer phone calls, and on multiple occasions I was told I would receive a call back, which never occurred. The front desk staff was consistently rude, and I was never notified about updates regarding my insurance. Despite repeated assurances that I would be contacted, no follow-up was ever provided.

I went to try to renew my registration which was on my wife's name Monica said that she could renew it with out the paperwork they sent you from DMV. False!!!! I always do it without that, and just showing my old registration, I got my registration renewed after 5 minutes at another location.

Horrible place, takes to long, waited for about 4 hours almost 5, the lady attending me is playing with her son BASKETBALL after she said wait for a bit, but she was doing nothing! Luckly there is another lady, hopefully she will help. I am still waiting.

Horrible horrible horrible. Dirty dark and smelled disgusting even though I had on a mask. They charged me 80 for a new register and tags. They also tried to charge me 125 for helping me out with insurance. Don't go here for insurance get an online quote they'll charge you an arm and a leg. Not worth it for something to you can do yourself

Fast and Friendly Services. I went in to get my sticker renewed and I was out of the office in 15 minutes.
